Established in 2018, we are a relatively new estate management company, operating across all areas of London. Our block and portfolio business focuses on the management and upgrading of residential buildings and developments, working on behalf of freeholders and leaseholders.
ART-M’s core business lines are property management, building works’ project design and management, accounting, and company secretarial duties. We have worked across all ranges of sizes and types of developments across London – from small to large, as well as mixed-use residential and commercial, many of which are listed buildings and often in conservation areas.
Our aim is to be modern, innovative and responsible in how we work with our clients whilst meeting today’s demanding management standards, and we are registered with IRPM (The Institute of Residential Property Managers) to ensure compliance in an ever-changing industry.
